Eric Mahoney

Head of Development

Eric Mahoney is a producer / filmmaker whose debut documentary, North Dixie Drive was called, “A perfect cinematic piece of cultural anthropology” by director Jim Jarmusch. He also produced the global anthology film, Madly which won Best Actress at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival and had contributions from Gael Garcia Bernal, Mia Wasikowska and others. Most recently he directed and produced the documentary, Brainiac: Transmissions After Zero which premiered at the 2019 SXSW Film Festival and is available now through Amazon Prime and DVD.

In addition to his film work Eric hosted and produced the Kon-tiki Podcast, a show dedicated to interviewing prominent artists, musicians and filmmakers to talk about their favorite movies. The show has featured interviews with Fred Armisen, Wayne Coyne, Alison Mosshart, Jarobi White, Melanie Lynskey, Nelson George and many others.
