Emma He

Production Coordinator, Studios

Emma is the production coordinator at Wavelength and joined the team in February 2022. She was born in Beijing, China but grew up hopping around the world. After graduating with honors from Oberlin College (BA in Cinema Studies and Philosophy), she began working at Apelles Entertainment as an Executive Assistant and later as a Development Coordinator. Much of her work focused on the development of co-production film and television ventures between Chinese and Western studios. There, she honed her skills in screenwriting, producing, and facilitating international collaborations. In her spare time, she also worked freelance and provided graphic design, editing, and screenwriting services to various entertainment companies.

Through these experiences, Emma found a passion in creating stories that have a universal appeal while still maintaining authenticity and diversity. Now at Wavelength, she hopes to continue creating fresh and engaging creative content.
