Wavelength to Premiere Three Films at DOC NYC
Let Me Be Me will make its World Premiere at the festival while Krimes and Cusp make their NYC Premiere.
In 2018, a young bartender in the Bronx (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez), a coal miner’s daughter in West Virginia, a grieving mother in Nevada and a registered nurse in Missouri join a movement of insurgent candidates challenging powerful incumbents in Congress.
Rachel and her producers brought this project to us in very early stages and we were thrilled by the access and ease with which the film team had assembled such a compelling cast. This film was a perfect storm of great storytelling and perfect timing.
