Telluride Film Festival

September 8, 2021

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating the premiere of our film Bitterbrush at the 2021 Telluride Film Festival. The film, directed by Emelie Mahdavian, casts a portrait of two young women who choose to work in an isolated and beautiful part of the American West. Out of mobile phone reception, and usually alone, they brave inclement weather and perilous work conditions as they ponder their futures as women in ranching.

Bitterbrush premiered on Thursday, September 2nd at 8:30pm with an additional screening on Saturday, September 4th at 7:45pm. The film’s final Telluride screening at 9am on Monday, September 6th followed with a Q&A from Emelie Mahdavian and Colie Moline.
